Bart R. Anderson. I initially practiced in Eugene, Oregon where I was born. My family on both sides goes back to the turn of the century in Eugene. I received my doctorate of juris prudence (J.D.) from the University of Oregon in 1978. I received my undergraduate degree from the Honors College at University of Oregon in 1975. Over my 21 years as a practicing attorney I have had a varied general practice, handling real estate, family law, bankruptcy and appellate cases as well as a broad range of civil litigation.
